Are you about to go on a house hunt? If so, don’t forget to bring these items along.
When it comes time to go house hunting, there are a few things you’ll need to bring along. First, all buyers embarking on their home search should have a fully underwritten pre-approval letter in hand before they start looking at houses. You should also bring your checkbook or wiring info so that you’re ready to put down an earnest deposit. And, especially if you’re coming from out of state, don’t forget your camera! This way you can take pictures of the property to show family later on.
There are also a few materials I’ll provide you with when we go on an appointment, like information about school districts, crime rates, and utility costs, but other than that, these are all the things you’ll need!
If you have any questions, or need further information, feel free to reach out to me. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
